Perumusan Standar Operasional Prosedur Dalam Melaksanakan Kegiatan BUMDes Jaya Mandiri Desa Watu Tiri

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) activities in Watu Tiri Village were carried out with the aim of assisting BUMDes Jaya Mandiri Desa Watu Tiri in compiling and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for division of labor per department. The main problem that occurs is a duplicate or multiple work system that makes BUMDes staff have an excessive workload, due to the limited number of employees and capital owned. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with steps of problem identification, planning, training implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activities show that the training and mentoring conducted can increase the understanding of BUMDes Jaya Mansiri staff in Watu Tiri Village about the importance of a clear division of tasks, organizational structure, and flow of orders according to positions. However, full implementation is still hampered due to limited capital that makes BUMDes Jaya Mandiri unable to recruit new employees. This activity is expected to be the basis for improving the work management of BUMDes Jaya Mandiri Desa Watu Tiri in the future.
