Abstract

Village tourism is one of the important sectors in regional development that contributes to improving community welfare while preserving local cultural identity. Watu Tiri Village has abundant natural and cultural tourism potential, yet its management has not been optimal due to limited innovation, creativity, and the use of digital media for promotion. This community service aims to optimize the development of Watu Tiri Village tourism through strengthening destination innovation, enhancing community creativity, and implementing digital-based promotion strategies. The methods applied include field observation, socialization, training, and mentoring for local communities and tourism management groups. The results show an increase in community participation in generating creative ideas, the establishment of new tourism spots based on local wisdom, and improved skills of tourism actors in utilizing social media as an effective promotional tool. This approach has proven to support the sustainable development of village tourism and strengthen Watu Tiri as an attractive and competitive tourism destination.
