Abstract

The 2024 Karya Ruteng School of Economics Community Service Program (KKN) was held on July 29-August 23, 2024, in Pong Murung Village, Ruteng District, Manggarai Regency. One of the work programs carried out was Assistance to Village Officials in Recording and Transferring Tax Data into the Assistant Cash Book. Recording and transferring tax data into the assistant cash book is a process that involves transferring information about tax obligations or tax receipts from source documents into the assistant cash book. This KKN activity aims to assist village officials in the process of transferring data from the source book to the assistant cash book which will be used as an archive and stored in the village office and this activity starts from 8.00-13.00 WITA by following office hours. The method of implementing KKN at the location consists of survey activities, and activity planning and using qualitative descriptive methods. With the implementation of these planned and structured activities, it is hoped that tax data at the Pong Murung Village Office can be managed better, and village officials will gain new knowledge and skills in managing the finances of the Pong Murung Village Office.
